Mervis Diamond Importers believes in long-term relationships. Part of this commitment is our lifetime trade-up policy. The original purchaser can always bring a Mervis diamond back and trade it for another, applying the full value of the original purchase price of the diamond to the new purchase with no limitation. Mervis will trade up the center stone of the diamond ring only, not the setting or side stones. This policy also applies to our diamond solitaire pendants and diamond studs, feel free to switch it around however you like! You can take that center stone and do with it whatever you like. We've had clients who have made solitaire necklaces with the center stones, made bracelets with the side stones, etc. You dream it, and we'll help you do it.
Easy Returns
Choosing jewelry can be difficult, so it's good to know we have a no-questions-asked return policy for 14 days for in-store purchases, and 30 days for online purchases. We only require that the jewelry come back to us undamaged and in new condition.
Cleaning and Sizing.
We're here for you. When you've got a big event coming up, stop by and we'll spiff up your jewelry in our ultrasonic tank for free. Or if your jewelry requires a little more detailing, we’ll gladly do so for a nominal charge. And you might not be thinking about it now, but re-sizing is a fact of life. A pregnancy or two can change your finger size and you'll want an expert jeweler to do that for you. If your ring is starting to really show some wear and tear, it might need a bit of extra work and we'll completely refurbish your ring to look brand new for a very reasonable charge.
Sales Tax
All purchases in DC, MD, or VA are subject to sales tax. If we ship to a non-DC, MD or VA resident anywhere else there is no sales tax .
