Mervis Diamond Importers believes in long-term relationships. Part of this commitment is our lifetime trade-up policy. Our customers can always bring a Mervis diamond back and trade it for another, applying the full value of the original purchase price of the diamond to the new purchase with no limitation. Mervis will trade up the center stone of the diamond ring only, not the setting or side stones. This policy also applies to our diamond solitaire pendants and diamond studs, feel free to switch it around however you like!

You can take that center stone and do with it whatever you like. We've had clients who have made solitaire necklaces with the center stones, made bracelets with the side stones, etc. You dream it, and we'll help you do it.

Easy Returns

Choosing jewelry can be difficult, so it's good to know we have a no-questions-asked return policy for 14 days for in-store purchases, and 30 days for online purchases. If she always loved the princess cut, but you had no idea, no problem! Come see us and and let's find something she'll love. We only require that the jewelry come back to us undamaged and in new condition.

Free Cleaning, Re-Sizings and Polishing for Life

We're here for you. When you've got a big event coming up, stop by and we'll give a light polish to your ring for free. We'll check the prongs and make sure your diamond is held tight and secure.

And you might not be thinking about it now, but re-sizing is a fact of life. A pregnancy or two can change your finger size and you'll want an expert jeweler to do that for you. With us, that's free too!

If your ring is starting to really show some wear and tear, it might need a bit of extra work and we'll completely refurbish your ring to look brand new for only $65.

All purchases in DC, MD, or VA are subject to sales tax. If we are shipping to an address outside that area, there will be no sales tax incurred.
