Ronnie Mervis wins EagleBank Foundation Fight for Breast Cancer Golf Outing

Ronnie Mervis took home the gold in the Fight for Breast Cancer Golf outing put on by the Eaglebank Foundation. For eight years, the EagleBank Foundation has hosted an annual Fight for Breast Cancer Golf Outing. On October 14, 2013, the 9th annual event was held at Trump National Golf Course. The foundation has raised over $1.5 million for Washington, D.C., metro area hospitals to continue the fight against breast cancer. From research to support groups, local area hospitals like Providence, Shady Grove, Suburban, Washington Hospital Center and local groups, such as the Wellness Center have all benefited from the support our community has given. This year, the sold out tournament raised over 300k for research and outreach programs in the DC-area. Over 225 golfers rallied their support for the cause. This year's winners were The Nest Egg's Sean O'Shields, EagleBank's Dan Laurenzi, EagleBank Foundation chairman Don Rogers, Mervis Diamond chief Ronnie Mervis, and CameronBlue Capital's Jeff Goettman (not pictured). winning-teamFor more information about the outing and how you can get involved, please visit the EagleBank Foundation Website.
